Send emails from a different email address
You could send out emails using a different 'From' address, the one other than your current Gmail account.
Step-by-step Instructions

When we want to use different email addresses for communication with different projects or clients, such as using a project-specific email address when communicating with a certain project’s client, you can use a different “from” address to send emails instead of your current Gmail account.

1. First, you need to log in to your email account settings and click on “add another email address.” This will open a new form where you can enter the second email address that you want to use to send emails.

2. After you have entered this address, you need to click on the send verification button. This will send an email to your second email address containing a verification code.

3. Next, you need to log in to your second email account, view the email you received, and copy the verification code.

4. Finally, you need to return to your email account settings and enter the verification code in the “add another email address” form.

5. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to use your second email address to send emails. This feature is very useful as it allows you to use different email addresses for different situations. For example, you can use your personal email address to contact friends, while using your company email address to communicate with colleagues.
