Once you’ve composed your email, click the clock icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the message, and then set an expiry date.
Step-by-step Instructions
When you send an email containing sensitive information or information you do not want others to see, you may need to set the email to confidential mode.
For example, you may send an email containing personal identification information, financial information, or political opinions, or you may send an email containing confidential company information.
Additionally, if you are keeping secret contact with someone, you may also want to set the email to confidential mode to prevent others from seeing your email.
1. To set a confidential mode for your email, click on the clock icon in the bottom right corner of the email. Click on “Set Confidential Mode”.
2. In the new window, you can set the duration of the confidential mode. You can choose from various durations such as 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week or 1 month. After setting the duration, click on “Confirm”.
The confidential mode email will be automatically deleted from the recipient’s inbox once the set duration has expired. This is a very secure way to ensure that your emails are not accidentally or improperly disclosed.

You can encrypt the email using the above methods. You can remove access before the expiration date. 1. Click on Sent Mail on the left. Open the confidential email. 2. Click Remove access.”
